Hmmm...pretty poor actually. Ordered a size 16 leather jacket as a birthday present for my wife - received a size 8 dress. Return was handled politely, but when I required after the jacket I'd ordered, I was told that this was now sold out. No alternative offered, no apology. So essentially Karen Millen send the wrong item because someone in their warehouse can't tell a dress from a jacket, in the meantime the jacket sells out and all I get as a thankyou is a two day wait for a refund and the faff of parcelling the order back up and taking it to the post office (there is a reason I use mail order, I don't walk too well). Not best pleased just about sums it up.

Purchased a load of items for my wife’s birthday and all arrived ok. Unfortunately, the main dress I ordered arrived with a size 14 tag but on a size 12 dress. I went online, pressed on ‘Returns’, followed the instructions and returned the item, along with a note stating the mistake and requesting a replacement. Also emailed. The next day, a reply to my email arrived, asking for a photo of the item and tag. Too late, I’d already posted it back but explained again that I really wanted the dress that I ordered but in the size I ordered please. Customer services were unable to do this and advised me that I would get a full refund within 28 DAYS! The refund arrived (£102.60) and I went to reorder, except the price was now £113.40. I emailed and said that it wasn’t really on that I not only had to take the dress to the post office, queue, wait for a refund and now pay more for the item. The reply was sorry, it was our fault and we take 100% responsibility but that’s just tough luck. I complained yet again and was told to return the item for a refund! Have just emailed to ask them to reread the complaint. Absolutely useless, absolutely terrible service and as a customer for many years, I will never ever ever shop at KM or any BooHoo shops ever again.

I received a Faulty item and contacted the customer service, Kirsty was very helpful and arranged a replacement while organising the return. Kirsty was friendly and sorted out the issue quickly.

Ordered some lovely dresses, great material however had a slight issue with one of the zippers. Dale H managed my issue and resolved it efficiently, excellent service.

I had an Excellent, very friendly chat with Zoe. He help me immediately with my questions regarding EU VAT and duty free charge which I was not supposed to be charged. In few days my money was refunded and I was very happy and satisfied.

I have been buying from Karen Millen for quite some time and one thing for sure is that the quality of their products are very very good. The material feels expensive and the fit is amazing. I have had a jacket from them for over 5 years and till this day it looks brand new! Also customer service team is great as lately I have been ordering online and they have been great dealing with any issues very promptly. Jess was very professional and resolved my query very promptly

Once I placed my order I realised that it will be delivered to my old address. I immediately tried to speak to someone at KM, but there is no phone number! Contacted them on whatsapp, all they did is they repeated what it written on the web-site.They could not cancel the oder or do anything! It seems like they have nothing to do with the order processing. So be aware!!!

Maryam was excellent in Customer service when I enquired about my refund.... Prompt, efficient and friendly response within an hour. Well done KM.

I really like the KM line, and love the KM IG posts, but more often than not, I have great difficulty finding the actual featured item on the KM website because as we know, there are no direct links available in IG posts. (Also, as a US customer, I always need to be sure I’m viewing the US site, so sometimes it’s challenging going from IG to the actual webpage.) A couple days ago I sent an IG message to KM about a particularly attractive jumper that I could not locate on the site (the featured item names aren’t always mentioned in the posts which is why I didn’t give a full 5 stars), and a wonderful specialist named Jess helped me find the item! She was very kind and wouldnt stop until she got me the info needed. I bought the jumper along with a bodysuit - very happy!
